shipping policy

Once the payment of your order is confirmed, the processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday), once it is sent, the tracking number and the parcel that corresponds to your order are provided via mail email.

Types of shipment:

• 10 to 15 business days $50
• 6-7 business days $95
• 2 to 3 business days $135
• 1 to 2 business days $170

The shipping time runs from when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email, not from the date of payment.

All packages are insured for the total cost of the product (does not include shipping cost)

We are not responsible for parcel delays, in case of delay it is necessary to make a direct report with the parcel.

The tracking of the package is the responsibility of the client, in case of return due to non-claim of the package or incorrect address, the provisions of the Refund Policies will be followed.
