We will refund the total cost of the product only when:
- You receive your incomplete or incorrect order.
- The product is defective.
- The product does not comply with the established hygiene measures.
- You want to make the return of the order within 15 days of delivery of the order. In this case, the return shipping cost must be covered and once we receive and verify that the order is complete and in good condition, the refund will be made.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- The package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it has not been claimed in the parcel service. In this case, the original order will be reshipped, but the customer must cover the cost of the new shipment.
- Return due to parcel delay
- The product is used or in poor condition.
- Wholesale purchases.
- The product is out of its original packaging or it has been damaged.
